Write-through memcache wrapper for ADODB sessions used in TikiWiki

The attached patch implements a bit of a hackish wrapper around the existing ADODB session handler, throwing write-through memcache support in front of it.

Verified FIXED; this fixed bug 447864, Laura and I are pretty sure...
