It is not very logic that "Disk Space" is hidden in the Advanced->"Network & Disk Space" tab, when there in the Account Settings menu is an item just for Disk Space.
I therefore propose that is it moved to Edit->Account Settings->Disk Space.

This is a global setting, and therefore can't be in the account settings. (And no, we don't wanna make that per account...)

Besides, Bugs are landing to activate disk cache which will be configurable from Options > Advanced.
