This bug is a tracking bug for the work tonight:

"Bugzilla will be down or slow for approximately 30 minutes while we pull out some data to fix an issue related to the Bugzilla reorganization."

I will be pulling out a list of all the timestamps from the product moves, and then updating the ones related to the move to a new timestamp so that they show up correctly in the history.
