44982 - The horizontal line width of lines in tables is variable

See the URL (second table): This is a rather complicated table, and the
rendering in itself is OK, but the linewidths should be equal in the whole
table. Instead, some lines are 1 pixel broad, and others up to 3 or 4.

This looks like a duplicate of karnaze's table border rounding bug.  Please
verify once the fix for that bug is checked in.

I don't think this is really a duplicate of 27529, or if it is then the patch 
included there is insufficient.  I applied the patch and still see the problem.

Using trunk build 2000100309 on Linux and all the linewidths appear equal.

With my build (2000102006 under linux) I actually have missing lines in some
tables (www.tvguide.com schedules for instance). Both horizontal and vertical
lines are missing. Is this likely the same bug, or another one?

The link given above doesn't exist. On tvguide.com, using N6.01, I see some
vertical lines which are two pixels wide, rather than one pixel, as in IE.
