Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have an email with attachment "hello.c"
2.Double click (open) the attachment
3 [review].Select external tool and enable check box always this tool

Actual Results:  
The tool opens normal. In the background is the error message.


Expected Results:  
Open the tool.



This problem exist only in the German (DE) build 2008073000.

With same profile these builds are ok: 2008072418 (DE), 20080808030425 (US), 20080813030431 (US).

key_findDownload2 only landed in mozilla-central, and l10n for mozilla-central just started about a week ago, so whatever that build is (and, um, what *is* it? your own build with comm-central and l10n from CVS?), it's not terribly surprising that it has missing entities.

The related entitiy is cmd.search.commandKey in downloads.dtd. This will be fixed by Bug 450408.
