I am a long time user of Mozilla Thunderbird but when trying to update from 2.0.0.14 to 2.0.0.16, downloaded OK but would not install. Said problem with file "mozMapi32.dll". Wiped out my existing short-cut and also existing Thunderbird exe file. Had to use System Restore to re-establish my Thunderbird site and my emails, addresses etc. Tried with both English and US language but same problem. Therefore cannot update at this stage until this error resolved. Thank you. Trevor Russell

Disable your logitech quickcam if you have one, if that doesn't work, read
through the comments on bug 340535.
