It seems to be working perfectly on the latest nightly of Firefox 3.1b3pre on PC Windows XP SP3. Is it still not working for you if you try it in a nightly of 3.1 or 3.2? Also, you were able to get a screenshot of both when it was working and when it wasn't. When or why did it stop working?

Yeah. Due to bug 237592 isn't fixed on 1.9.0 this bug is still visible for Firefox 3.0.6pre.

Marking verified after testing with 3.2a1pre on Windows.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
