Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start thunderbird.
2. Invoke address book, select top menu File->New->LDAP Directory.
3. Input nothing and click OK button directly.
Bug observations:
Thunderbird crashes with follow error message:

Tim, Which version of Thunderbird are you testing this on?
FWIW I don't see this on latest trunk on Mac build. So it could be Sun/Open Solaris specific.
Yes, this might be an opensolaris specific bug, like what I filed against opensolaris OS. It can be reproduced with thunderbird 3.0a2pre.
