The group working on Penelope, <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Penelope>, would like to have an hg repository for the project. It should be a top-level project visible on hg.mozilla.org since there's a variety of devs working on it. The name for it should be "penelope".

Thanks!
Do you want to restrict access to certain users, or do you want to permit anybody with Hg access at all to be able to commit?
Let's just restrict it to me for now.

Will my check in credentials that I had for Mozilla CVS still be used for Hg, or is there something I need to update?

Your username will be beckley@qualcomm.com, and your same SSH key will work.

You can add this to your ~/.ssh/config file:
Host hg.mozilla.org
User beckley@qualcomm.com
Assignee: server-ops → aravind
Can you get someone from mozilla messaging or the mozilla project to okay this repository?

Also, I'd like them to okay the request to restrict check-ins only to yourself. That is kind of an odd request for a top level repository.
a=davida for the overall repo.

jeff and I talked on IRC, and we agree that leaving it open is probably the better strategy (checkins will require his r=, of course).
Done.

Thanks Aravind!

Any pointers on tools to move CVS repositories to hg, including revision history?
Current description is "unknown".
Could you add one ?

Ftr,
Bug 356472 comment 4 suggested
"Effort to build Eudora using Thunderbird as a base.".
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi has
"Eudora meets Thunderbird".

NB: I would re-use it in bug 520994.
