451425 - Enter stops working in the address bar some times

Occasionally, the CR(Enter) button stops working in the address bar. I can still type in the field, still see options in the pulldown as I change the address, but when I press enter, nothing happens and the page isn't loaded.

If I create a new firefox window, that works fine, but the orginal one just won't let me enter new addresses. I can still browse in the old one by clicking on links....

Think this happens most often when I select an address from the suggested addresses in the address bar

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start typing an address in the address bar
2. Select one from the list of options provided
3. Press the "Enter"/Return key
Actual Results:  
No change in the page

Expected Results:  
Go to the page selected
