Port |Bug 451871 – Remove |MOZILLA_INTERNAL_API| from /suite/| to Thunderbid.
Summary: Remove |APP_XPCOM_LIBS| from /mail/ → Remove MOZILLA_INTERNAL_API from /mail/
Ftr, APP_XPCOM_LIBS was removed by bug 659205 then bug 668869.

Having just seen this bug again, I'm not convinced we want to do this ATM. The configuration we're running with the mail/ libs folded into libxul, means that we need to work with internal API for best performance.

Way may want to be able to build with external as well, but that's a different issue.

Therefore marking this as wontfix - we can always re-open or handle elsewhere later if the libs issue changes.
