STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
===================

- create a caldav calendar (Bedework)
- accept an invitation
- open the event summary dialog or the invitations dialog again

RESULT:
=======

- the state of the invitation is 'I will confirm later' again


EXPECTED RESULT:
================

- the state should be 'I will attend'

REPRODUCIBLE:
=============

- always

Accepting invitations with the bedework webfront end works.

Attachment: delete old item from inbox

Regression was in bug 451455. We're successfully accepting the invitation (sending reply, PUTting item into calendar) but failing to delete the item from the inbox. Since the inbox is checked after the calendar is, the (original, unaccepted) invitation in inbox is overlaying the "real" item from the calendar in the views.
