Anytime you click and drag a bookmark to move it to a different location within the Bookmarks menu it causes the Properties menu item on the context menu to become grayed out.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Bookmarks
2. Click and drag a bookmark to a different location within the Bookmarks menu
3. Right click on the bookmark you just dragged
4. You'll notice that Properties is now grayed out and inaccessible
