Bug 451981 has added a package-compare target to the Thunderbird build system. This will be useful for determining missed files in the "packages" file list - and hence can be used as an aid to determine that we're not missing files just before shipping a release.

Please can you add the equivalent of http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/rev/a7bdbe9d5de1 to the dep builds.

It shouldn't matter that we don't have the packages file on Linux or Mac, the command will just terminate.

I'd like to get this before 3.0b1 so that we can ensure our windows packages are correct for the release.
