Summary says it:  Page-up and page-down keys do not work at all - worked fine in previous F'Fox.  For those of us who are not mouse-addicts, this is a real annoyance...  The keys are much faster to use.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any webpage
2.Try to use the page-up, and page-down keys on the keyboard to scroll the webpage
3.Fail, curse, go get a beer...
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Desired result?  That the keys work as they did in my earlier version of F'Fox

YES!  Pressing F7 restores the function.  This poses three more questions:

1 - Why was this 'feature'/bug added?
2 - Why is the default condition with page up/down turned off?
3 - Why isn't the option documented?

Not quite - this link only talks about using the arrow keys.  There is NO mention made of the page-up and page-down keys, so a keyword search >won't< find it.  While both sets of keys appear to have the same function in F'Fox, the p-up & p-down keys should be added to the documentation.  And this still does not address the issue that the default for 'scroll' with the p-up & p-down keys should be 'ON' not 'OFF' as it is now.  F'Fox is a good browser, little buglets should be resolved to make it even better.  :)

Caret browsing changes the behaviour of the home, end, pg up, pg down and the arrow keys. The default for caret browsing is Off, so you must have changed it accidentally. This bug as filed is filed very frequently, if not in the top-100 most filed bugs. Please do a search before filing bugs. If you want it more specific in the Help documentation, then file another bug for it.
