It would be helpful if I had push access, for stuff like hgpoller/hg_templates. What do I need to go through to get those? Not sure http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/ applies for stuff like this.

You'll need the Committer's Agreement, SSH public key, and another voucher (to have two).

Reed: bsmedberg was surprised about needing an other voucher. People seem to think that policy is only for mozilla-central, not for tooling like hg-templates and hg-hooks, which is what this bug is about.

We require two vouchers for incubator accounts, too, so this isn't something new. We have no written policy about special accounts like this, so I'm taking the general guidelines that we use for access and just not requiring super-reviewer vouching. I think that's reasonable.
