STR:
0. I'm Joe User. I want support for Firefox Mozilla.
1. I Google "Mozilla support" and feel lucky.
2. I land on www.mozilla.org/support/
3. I see "Real-Time Chat" on the left, and click it, thinking "that's neat! Someone can help me straight away!"
4. I try to read the paragraph it has there.
Actual Results:
(a) I get horribly confused. What's IRC? Why do I need it? Can't I just use a website?
OR
(b) Ah, IRC support. Great. #mozillazine on irc.mozilla.org. Hmmmm... not so many people seem to be responding to my question...
Expected Results:
(a) For Firefox, we suggest the Live Chat on SUMO.
(b) For everything else, we link to either http://irc.mozilla.org, which has descriptions for most if not all of the channels. Or we list support channels for seamonkey, thunderbird, calendar, composer, chatzilla and whatever else separately.
