I find thunderbird configuration a pain. I'd prefer to be able to export and import configuration settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Manually configure thunderbird
2. No way to backup and restore
3.
Actual Results:
There isn't a way to backup all the thunderbird configuration and account settings
Expected Results:
Expect File->Export and File->Import configuration settings
