Why the referrer page is re-rendered before showing the "Address Not Found" error screen?

Steps: 
1. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parakey
2. Using ctrl and "+" Zoom (to avoid bug 453429)
3. scroll down to sub heading "External links"
4. click on link to "Official Parakey website" - http://www.parakey.com/

Result:-
user see wikipedia page re-rendered at normal (non zoomed) size.
and then "Address Not Found" error screen.


Expected:-
User should see "Address Not Found" error screen directly.

Seems to be caused by Bug 403375 in a way. Previously it also increased the text size of the error page.
