4551 - Smart quote not displaying in apprunner

This HTML snippet displays fine in IE 5 and Comm 4.51, but the smart quotes
don't display in apprunner (they're replaced by boxes):


<FONT color="gray" face="arial,helvetica"><B>You’ll feel the road, the car and
everything around you. That’s what German engineering means to us.</B>

Rick, the content model shows the "'" replaced with what I guess is a Unicode
character. Is this what should happen, and it's a gfx/font problem?

Frank -- I think your unicode converter has caused this problem. Please look at
it as quickly as possible. The parser raw input routines don't show this error.
