this is the error message with Camino
Dear User:
Unfortunately, access to this particular listing or item has been blocked due to a Paris commercial court decision that bans trade of certain authentic perfumes and cosmetic products on eBay because of French selective distribution laws. eBay is appealing this ruling but is nevertheless required to enforce it. We are blocking your viewing in an effort to comply with this court decision. Regrettably, in some cases, we may prevent users from accessing items that are not within the scope of the decision because of limitations on existing technology.
Thank You.

Please complain to eBay about this. Just because French is somewhere in your accept-language list (not even at the top) doesn't mean you live in France. It's the stupidest possible way to enforce what they are trying to enforce, and maybe if enough people complain they will improve the situation.
You can work around this by removing French from your list of languages in System Preferences > International, so that it won't be listed in your accept-language.
(It works in Safari because they only send your current language, rather than all languages, which is a terrible experience for anyone speaking multiple languages.)
