In today's nightly the Thunderbird toolbar no longer looks correctly unified, this is a regression caused by the check in of bug 439354, and we need to update our styles for it.
I've got a WIP patch, the only problem at the moment is that on the compose window, the area around the addressing widget has the wrong colour (its dark as opposed to light), I expect the fix is easy.
