Message details pane contains action buttons in latest nightly (reply, forward, mark as junk, etc.) These buttons are not present if list of recipients is long enough to scroll past the end of the message window. Line is not wrapped, and UI buttons are apparently either pushed off-screen or are simply not rendered.

This is a known issue, that we've already said we'll fix as part of bug 455801.
