The attached document is a stripped down version of a page generated by tex4ht from .tex source. IE7+MathPlayer and Opera 9.5 do render the page as a single line.

I can CONFIRM what the reporter sees on Windows 2000 SP4 as well.

WFM with linux and zoom set to 0.
The bug appears as soon as I increase the zoom.

This is a symptom of bug 415413.

imho this is a symptom of bug 422619.

div width is fixed. Try to zoom in and out to see an effect.

Yes, bug 422619 is involved here too. If bug 422619 were fixed then attachment 339767 [details] would look mostly fine, but the width of the <td> would still be a little smaller than the width of its contents.
