The next cycle went green, and Serge starred the orange build as a known intermittent failure.

Can we resolve this bug and re-open the tree, Sheriff Dan?

How can this be invalid?  If it's a "known intermittent failure", it could be a duplicate, but not invalid.

I couldn't duplicate it to 2 bugs ... I chose a "less bad" resolution.
Feel free to duplicate it to the first one if you prefer.

(And I have started to tag the waterfall with "known intermittent failure" because I got bored of pointing out the exact bug (numbers) which have been reported for weeks.)

Please, don't re-add me a third time, unless you answer comment 2 and tell me what you expect of me !

Sorry, Serge.  I didn't see the dependencies, which you added the first time you resolved this as INVALID.
