Screenshot of bug.
The UI for Browser Addons in Fennec will show a list of installed addons. Right now, this is limited to a list of plugins since we have no extensions. If a user looks at this list, they will find it hard to read because it is gray text on a slightly lighter gray background. See attached screenshot. We need to change the default colors here.
This was seen in Stuart's build 20080923114158 for Fennec 0.8.

So, it's not just the colors that need to change here -- we're replacing this add-ons manager UI with something new. That UI is covered, at least up to wireframes, here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/UI/Designs/TouchScreen/workingUI/add-ons_concepts
Some of what's needed to theme it, is in bug 454810
