With <p style="text-indent:5em">, 1st line of each printed page is indented even
when the page starts in the middle of a paragraph.
Only the first line in the paragraph should be indented.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print http://www.uio.no/~hbf/mbug.html
(or print to PostScript to avoid wasting paper).


Actual Results:  Line 1 of page 2 is indented.


Expected Results:  Line 1 of page 2 should start on column 1.
(Note: only text-indent is misapplied.  Margins are not.)

This should be fixed by the patch on bug 130116, although I haven't tested yet.

Yep, viewing the above testcase in print preview with and without my patch shows
that it fixes the bug.  Taking bug.
