Make sure to try in Safe Mode or with a new profile to reproduce this, and, how many tabs do you have, what one are you moving, etc.?
1.Safe Mode or with a new profile - the same - crash.
2. Tabs are:

3. What tab is moving - No matter which one - Any one - The result is always the same

Then it may be caused by a plugin:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting+plugins
Neither safe mode nor profiles normally affect what plugins are in use.

Confirming using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1b1pre) Gecko/20081001 Minefield/3.1b1pre. I can reproduce it with the default tabs for the start pages. Breakpad does not fire so I can't get a stack.

Or, instead of posting support links I could actually attempt to reproduce... ;) I have Flash 10 rc installed so I got a crash report.

Plugins are irrelevant; if you check the stack you'll see that this isn't crashing inside a plugin, and can be reproduced with plugins disabled. This is a Firefox crash (bug 454324) and certainly isn't fixed yet. Re-duping. Please leave the status alone.
