I tried to delete a folder called "abc". After asking me to confirm, it said that it holder had a duplicate of this. I had another folder sitting in the trash and as such, wouldn't allow me to delete the current folder "abc"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a folder "abc"
2.move "abc" to the trash
3.create a folder "abc"
4.attempt to move "abc" to trash and you can't as it tells you it has a duplicate
Actual Results:
wouldn't let me delete the folder and said it had a duplicate

Expected Results:
expected folder to be deleted, other apps allow a duplicate name in a trash folder
I see this, but I do not think it is a bug in TB because you already have a folder named "abc" in the trash, thus you can not have two folders of the same name in the same sub-folder. The same thing happens when you try to create two folders of the same name in any sub-directory, it asks you to pick a different name because you already have one of the name. i think this is pretty much impossible to fix, so marking as INVALID, as it is impossible, but also not a real bug, being desired operation (we don't want it to not notify you).

It might be impossible to fix but it is a real bug. I understand the reason of having two duplicate folders, but this is a trash bucket and not a "standard" folder. I've just put two items x.jpg & x.jpg into the trash on my computer and it behaved in the expected manner of allowing me to delete both of them, one after the other.

At the very least, if you do have a duplicate name and it happens to be in the trash, shouldn't you give an error dialog, "Can't delete folder abc until you delete the trash."?
I will get Matti on this for another opinion. Matti, can you take a look please?
