Please remove the .src and .png files from suite/searchplugins, everything list.txt mentions and that is not present in your directory will be fetched from en-US automatically.

si added to suite/locales/all-locales - SeaMonkey buildbots will start to report on http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n-si from now on and produce nightlies and langpacks that are put into http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-l10n/ - and detailed locale checks should be appearing on both L10n dashboards at http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/ and http://l10n.mozillamessaging.com/dashboard/
Note that open dependencies of bug 286110 will still cause known errors in the generated builds, namely in password manager and download manager (strings for those still end up in en-US.jar instead of si.jar until those old components get replaced with new ones).
