Add calendar button to the imip-bar.
Clicking on it would switch to the calendar mode and show event duration in user calendar (week mode ?) so he can make proper decision before accepting/declining invitation.

I hope you don't mind I morph this bug. I think the better thing to do would be to detect the emIl being an invitation and replace the message reader body with a scheduling view. This would require chrome priviledges and since it makes sense to reuse our bindings also XUL.
Whoever implements this should keep the GMail conversations extension in mind, since e whole thread is shown there.
