459055 - Alarm/Reminder Reset when creating a new event

I have the alarm/reminder default to on, 5 minutes before an event. When I create a new event it lists this default in the event create window. When I save the event the alarm is no longer there. I can go in and create the alarm again, and this time it stays. It is only on initial even create.

Using a remote google calendar, with provider extension. This did not show up until the new lightning/provider extensions were released.

This happens on both my computers (laptop with XP and desktop with Vista x64), but I am not sure this is a widespread bug)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an event with a default alarm
2. Save event
3.



This seems update also seems to cause the following error in the console (not sure if it is related to the above issue or not. It occurs sometimes when I create or modify an event.

Different issue, in this case the alarm never shows up. It is displayed in New Event Dialog, but when it is submitted it is not there. Changing views doesn't affect this issue.

I just did a test event to see if Google is registering the alarm when a new event is created, it does, even though the event in lightning does not have an alarm listed. So it may be solved by the fix for Bug 457890. Any idea when that update will be released?
