In Bug 455378 - WinCE missing APIs and Windows Messages (plus compiler warning), we did the following: Remove WM_QUERYENDSESSION and WM_MOUSEACTIVATE window message handling - since WinMobile does not provide these windows messages. We need to explore whether we are missing anything critcal by not having these messages firing.
This bug seems to have been fixed, as the latest WinCE builds do not suffer upon startup. I am marking this bug as resolved.
