It would be nice if there was some kind of indication that a review displayed on the main extension page has a reply from the developer.
The last three reviews are displayed on the main add-on page for extensions, themes, etc. Sometimes the review states things that are factually incorrect about the extension. These reviews can be flagged for removal, but in many case the review may be otherwise valid. The developer can reply to these reviews and the reply shows up on the Reviews page, but anyone looking at the main page will only see the review.
For example, someone gave my Session Manager extension a 1 star and stated that it doesn't save text on the page. This is not correct so I replied to him, but there is no indication of the reply so people looking at my main extension page will see only his review.
I also have examples of people posting positive reviews with wrong information in them as well, as with the case of the latest review of my Yahoo Mail Notifier extension.
