Files marked with a plus are up-to-date. TOC files marked with a questionmark are updated to actually work, but they may still carry old content, thus require a review and update. Files marked with a minus require a full revamp.

I'm closing this bug cause I have no plans to work on these help files, and the 2.0 release mentioned in comment #0 is long since released, deprecated and unsupported.
The translations that were in the repository must have aged significantly over the years, but I kept them in l10-central/lt/ until a recent unanticipated (at least by me) merge from aurora to central, which overwrote all these old files with their newer English equivalents. For the record, the last state of these files is available at http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/lt/file/d1935f17e1ee/suite/chrome/common/help.
