When doing a full migration from Eudora (Tools->Import->Import everything, starting up with no profile, or using the -migration command-line argument), the list of data being imported is not shown in the dialog while migration is happening.
The dialog shows "The following items are currently being imported...", but then there is nothing after that. It should have the list: Account Settings, Address Books, Mail Folders, and Filters.

There needed to be some string properties defined to show the names of the items being imported from Eudora. Also, when specifying a full migration, the code needed to get the list of items supported by the importer in order to determine which to display in the dialog.
