When I click and hold the "dragger" between two tree columns, the context menu opens. The context menu is expected to open on click and hold, but only after some time and not for dragging...

I think this is an old issue... it's the price you have to pay if you wan't click-hold... See for example bug 78461. Have you tried in 1.1.12?

I'm not sure it's a dupe of bug 78461. And now when I read comment #0 again I wonder if Karsten mean that this happens when he drags. If this is the case, it's new. Otherwise, this is normal behavior - if you click and hold on anything that has a context menu, the menu will popup after 1-2 sec. Karsten, can you explain further?
