46339 - -CreateProfile creates profile, but doesn't launch browser

summary sez it all. when i issue ./netscape -CreateProfile [profile_name], the
new profile is created, but that's it --the browser isn't launched. according to
-help, -CreateProfile is supposed to:

   -CreateProfile <profile>       Create and start with <profile>.

if what i'm seeing is really expected behavior, then pls fix the -help content.

found using opt comm 2000.07.24.08. applicable only to win32 and linux.
