46416 - Type in invalid path when saving file causes crash

If you do a "save link as..." on any link, then in the file dialog which pops up
if you manually type in the path and filename, with an invalid path, the program
will crash with an "unknown error".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. "Save link as..." on any link.
2. Prefix the supplied filename with a directory which does not exist.
3. Click "OK" to save the file in the non-existant directory.
4. Watch mozilla crash with an "Unknown error".	

Actual Results:   The program crashed. Vanished, poof! :)	

Expected Results:  It should have informed the user that they specified an
invalid directory, and then either:
i) Ask the user if they want the directory created. OR
ii) Ask the user to re-enter a valid directory (ie: just pop the file dialog up
again)

Confirmed on Linux 2000072508.  Also dupe of bug 45629.
