FF3.0.4 just shipped this afternoon, but a few more days waiting seems prudent, in case of surprise firedrills! :-)

This is basically just updating 2.0.0.16 info to 2.0.0.18, and 3.0.1 to 3.0.4. The list of shipped locales didn't change for Fx2, but Fx3 picked up 14(!) new languages - bg bn-IN cy eo et gl hi-IN is kn lv mr oc te th. All of those went into the patcher config, but only bg overlaps with Fx2 so it's the only one added to the verify config.
