Details

1. Download 2000-07-25-09-m17 Win32 build from sweetlou: 2. Create a new profile in the 2nd screen of ProfileCreation dialog of ProfileManger. 3. Click on "Region Selection" button to bring up the language selector. 4. There is no language packs availale for selections. 5. Cancel this process and go back to ProfileSelection screen. 6. Select a profile to proceed. 7. In the Browser "Edit|Preferences" dialog, go to theme selector: there is no theme available, either. 8. Exit and relanuch the browser. 9. You'll be bale to see the langpacks or themes in the all UI mentioned above. BAD user experience for HOT PR2 features!
tao: i'm pretty sure this is a dup of bug 46013.
Then, it is not fixed by Hyatt's checkin for that bug. Should we reopen the bug, then? nsbeta2 -- most users won't even bother to try the feature again if it does not even work in the session lauched right after installation.
