"The fetch of RFC822.SIZE is redundant, as is the inclusion of "UID" in the list 
of attributes.  The client already knows the size, and it will also get the size 
in the literal for the returned BODY[]."

Isn't this just removing the RFC822.SIZE from the FETCH?
Might also have to change any code that looks for a returned RFC822.SIZE to 
instead look somewhere else.
