465051 - Problem scrolling the extensions List when launching Firefox for the first time

After upgrading to Firefox 3.1b1 and launching it for the first time, it tells me which extensions are not compatible to the current version.

I can scroll down this list but once I reach the last extension, it jumps back to the start instead of just stopping at the last one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You need enough extensions so when launching firefox, the list of incompatible ones has a scrollbar.
2. Try to scroll down
Actual Results:  
The list jumps back to the start. It's nearly impossible to see the last extension.

Expected Results:  
Stay at the bottom of the list.
