do we actually want to save images? what is the real use case?  do you want to email them?

Depending on the device you probably can send images as attachments via email or in other ways.

I should add that we need a new context menu subgroup on litmus to handle all the new testcases. None of our current subgroups handle this new feature set well enough to have those testcases consolidated into them.
