This was likely caused by the changes for bug 225680, but didn't actually show up until bug 465179 landed (between mozilla-central changesets 8b3caddca8f5 and 30cc5a85b411).

Verified fixed on the 1.9.1 branch using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090303 Shiretoko/3.1b3pre and : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090303 Shiretoko/3.1b3pre. I will add a general Litmus test for this as well because I don't recall seeing one. Verified fixed on the trunk as well using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090303 Minefield/3.2a1pre.
