Its is not a crash, but the Bookmark toolbar will just hang after trying to shift the position. All other activities can still be carried out.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.drag 1 bookmark in the toolbar to any other place in the toolbar

Actual Results:
bookmark toolbar will hang/froze
Expected Results:
it should jus change the position of the bookmark, and not hand

should be the same as bug 465256, due to tab detach landing regression
