Description Michael Morgan [:morgamic] 2008-11-18 19:39:15 PST
The home page for Socorro is the search, but it leads people directly to complex queries rather than showing them different options.

We should direct people to topcrasher reports which are faster and more reliable than custom queries. Neil has some ideas.

Other content for this page could be top crashers over all, big movers, and other information that could be useful at-a-glance.

We have some more changes coming, but here is the patch for the first round of work.

Were there some images that I need? I see a huge purple "Mozillalogo" at the top after applying the patch. :)

Hm, maybe we should go with something simpler like attachment 360358 [details]...

Implementation of Neil's design

I think the current version looks OK. What I think is missing is:

- link to server status or maybe even a server status summary
- link to mtbf and/or summary
- link to url reports and/or summary

At the very least we should link to these things because right now they are sekrit as they have no real navigation pointing to them.

Second attempt at Socorro reskin

Looks OK. Served up comments in IRC. Think we should definitely take a look at some other pages and tie the new template together. For now, though, this is still an improvement.
