When filing a bug, the flags and other right-column items used to be towards the right side of their column (or at least the center), whereas now they're on the left edge of their column and very close to the various text-fields. This makes that section of enter_bug.cgi feel crowded to me. Like bug 465742, this could be more fallout from the flex-layout changes from bug 452824; I don't really see this on bugzilla-tip on landfill, but the layout there is pretty different, anyway.
Probably the first column is just too narrow. Even the descriptions there are wrapped to a new line now.
The bug filing UI has been redesigned since this bug was filed, and is now in a single column. Flags are between URL and Summary. Gerv
