Using july 26 commercial m17 build OS 9.0

Mac is the only platform on which most dialogs, including Preferences, are not
resizable.  The pref for autocompletion appear at the very bottom of the panel
and cannot be accessed (since we cannot resize the dialog to get to them).

1.  Edit|Preferences|Mail and Newsgroups|Composing.
2.  Addressing Messages section at the bottom of the panel contains the
autocomplete pref. Although most of the descriptive text can be seen, the actual
pref and its checkbox are below the dialog's bottom boundary. 

Result:  Can't access autocomplete pref on mac.

Thanks, Suresh for spotting this.

Adding pp keyword.

Nominating for beta2, if we want beta2 users to be able to disable/enable
autocomplete (default is ON) we should fix.  If not, nominate for beta3 because
it needs to be fixed by ship.

I'll try to find the bug for a general resizing problem (inability to) on the 
Mac.  Meanwhile, + per mail triage.  May be dependenet on that bug or we may 
need to change the prefs/wording to fit.
