If the user tries to create a new folder, and changes the parent folder in the folder picker, we ignore the new parent. Patch upcoming.

asking for review from jminta, but if Standard8 wants to jump in, that would be fine as well.
The moral of the story is - ignore Neil's comments at your peril :-) luckily, I remembered his comment so the fix was easy.
